As a Front of House Leader, you will be expected to:
- Lead and develop team members through training, coaching, and feedback.
- Ensure excellent customer service by modeling hospitality and resolving guest concerns.
- Support and uphold the restaurant’s vision and values.
- Maintain operational excellence by overseeing daily shifts, delegating tasks, and ensuring food safety and cleanliness standards.
- Effectively communicate with team members, managers, and guests.
- Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality.
Requirements
Applicants must be able to:
- Lead by example with a positive and professional attitude.
- Smile, create eye contact, and connect emotionally with guests.
- Stand and work on their feet for several hours at a time.
- Motivate and encourage team members to achieve goals.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred but not required.
