Front of House Shift Leader

Team Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in the execution of daily operations while maintaining accountability for all aspects of Operational Excellence and delivering exceptional customer service. With a focus on both completing tasks efficiently and coaching team members, you will play a key role in ensuring that the restaurant runs smoothly and fosters a welcoming atmosphere.

Compensation is based on availability, schedule (full-time or part-time), experience, and qualifications.

Shift Leader Responsibilities:

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player
• Lead shifts, key holder
• Uphold quality standards
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
