Front of House Operations Manager — Grand Reopening Opportunity

Chick-fil-A Rivers Avenue is entering an exciting new chapter, and we are seeking a high-capacity Front of House Operations Manager to help lead our grand reopening.

This is more than an operations role. You will be a key leader in shaping the systems, culture, and guest experience of a renewed Chick-fil-A Rivers Avenue. We are building a leadership team that brings urgency, strong business judgment, genuine care for people, and a commitment to excellence every shift.

As an Operations Manager, you will serve as a Leader on Duty, lead the business and our people, and own specific projects or programs that strengthen the restaurant. This is a full-time role; only candidates with open availability will be considered.

How You’ll Make a Difference:

• Lead shifts with clarity, urgency, and an exceptional guest-first mindset

• Deliver the Core 4: create eye contact, share a smile, speak with a friendly tone, and always say “My Pleasure”

• Oversee FOH execution, ensuring speed of service, order accuracy, cleanliness, and hospitality standards

• Manage cash-handling procedures, security practices, and compliance

• Keep the restaurant in like-new condition through equipment and facilities awareness

• Drive a balanced profit approach through intentional focus on labor, food costs, and operational performance

• Monitor Operational Excellence Customer Experience Monitor performance and take action to improve results

• Coach and develop Team Members and Team Leaders through clear, constructive feedback

• Build the leadership pipeline by recognizing and developing high-potential talent

• Strengthen culture, morale, accountability, and communication across the team

• Help execute a successful grand reopening and sustain the high standards that follow

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong business acumen and proven leadership ability

• Sound judgment, problem-solving skills, and comfort making quick decisions

• Ability to set clear goals and motivate a team to achieve them

• Experience thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Availability to work opening and closing shifts, at least 40 hours per week, and store operating hours

• Ability to independently own an area of the business and deliver meaningful results

• A passion for developing people of varied ages and skill levels

• Valid state-issued driver’s license

• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs

• Eligibility to work in the United States
