    Front of House Manager

    As a Front of House Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless coordination of front-of-house operations and elevating the overall guest experience. Leading our front-of-house team, you will drive exceptional service standards, foster a positive team culture, and contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.

    Responsibilities:

    - Lead, motivate, and mentor the front-of-house staff to ensure a cohesive and high-performing team.

    - Oversee dining room operations, including reservation management, seating arrangements, and guest interactions.

    - Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth communication and synchronization of service.

    - Monitor and maintain service quality, addressing any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.

    - Manage inventory and supplies related to front-of-house operations.

    - Assist in developing and implementing training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.

    - Monitor compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.

    - Handle guest feedback and concerns, resolving issues with professionalism and diplomacy.

    - Contribute creative ideas to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue growth.

    Requirements:

    - Proven experience as a Front of House Manager or in a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.

    - Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.

    - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

    - Proficient in reservation systems and point-of-sale software.

    - In-depth knowledge of guest service principles and practices.

    - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

    - Adaptability to fast-paced environments and changing demands.

    - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

    Benefits:

    $55k-$65k salary depending on experience. Full Time Benefits.
