Front of House Manager Tarpon Springs, FL | Salary | Full-Time As a Front of House Manager, you will oversee all Front of House (FOH) operations, including the restaurant, retail bakeries, and other locations. This leadership role requires a hands-on approach, ensuring outstanding guest experiences, smooth daily operations, and a motivated, well-trained team. The Front of House Manager is responsible for leading FOH staff, managing systems, maintaining compliance, and supporting the overall success of Hellas and other locations. What You Will Do: The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: - Lead and support FOH staff (servers, bussers, food runners, hosts, bartenders, and bakery associates).
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences through warm greetings, table touches, and proactive problem solving.
- Drive daily operations: seating flow, shift plans, large party coordination, takeout and bakery order flow.
- Partner with HR to recruit, train, and coach team members.
- Oversee scheduling, labor goals, and daily reporting, including cash handling.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and food handling standards.
- Monitoring restaurant systems (POS, scheduling, inventory, ordering).
- Collaborate across FOH, BOH, bakery, and all other locations to keep the operation running smoothly.
- All other duties assigned.
What You Bring: - 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in a high-volume restaurant.
- Food Manager Certification (required).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Calm and organized under pressure.
- Flexible availability based on business needs (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Experience with restaurant systems (POS, scheduling, inventory, etc.).
- Ability to lift 25–50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

- Must be able to tolerate temperature fluctuations between hot areas of operations and cooler storage areas.
- Must have the ability to maintain awareness and focus in a meticulous, detailed, fast-paced environment.
- Visual requirements include close, peripheral, and focused vision.
