Summary: The Restaurant Floor Manager is actively responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant, the satisfaction of guests and the supervision of employees.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversees the opening and closing of restaurant
• Recruits, trains, and supervises staff
• Schedules department staff in line with business level needs
• Ensures remarkable customer service experience is provided
• Communicates effectively with employees, managers, and customers
• Completes Administrative/Office tasks

Qualifications:

• 3+ years Restaurant Management experience required
• Experience in conflict management 
• Professional in actions and communication
