Easy Bistro & Bar is a 21 year old Michelin Guide American South recommended bistro in the West Village area of Chattanooga. Our other restaurants are small boutique-like concepts in the Southside (Main Street Meats) & St. Elmo neighborhoods (Little Coyote). Our goal is to set the standard of culinary, beverage, & service in our region of restaurants. We are currently hiring for a FOH Manager to join our current team!

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Front of House Service Manager to lead our front of house team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate a professional sales team. The Service Manager will be responsible for ensuring our service operations run smoothly and efficiently, while also providing an exceptional customer experience.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage and direct the service team to ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.

- Oversee all aspects of service operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and labor allocation.

- Develop and implement service strategies to increase customer satisfaction and drive sales.

- Train and mentor service team to improve their skills and knowledge.

- Collaborate with the team to identify upsell opportunities and increase revenue.

- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

- Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service, with a focus on providing a positive experience for every customer.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment with your team. These include maintaining weekly cleaning tasks and daily sidework tasks.

**Skills:**

- Excellent communication. Not afraid to give constuctive criticism when needed.

- Multi tasking is a must. Ability to maintain standards when multiple things are happending at once.

- Experience with wine service. How to properly open and pour a bottle of wine.

- Experience in training.

- Strong service writing skills.

- Excellent customer service skills.

- Ability to upsell and promote services to customers.

- Strong organizational and management skills.

- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain level headedness.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.
