About the Role:Fin & Crab is looking for a driven and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team in Charleston, SC! Responsibilities:- Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring business goals are met
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to maintain high performance and morale
- Monitor and manage inventory, scheduling, and labor costs to maximize efficiency
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are upheld at all times
- Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new staff members
- Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Step in to manage full operations in the absence of the General Manager
Requirements:- 2+ years of management or supervisory experience, preferably in hospitality, food & beverage, or retail
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and basic financial reporting
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding experiences
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
