About the Role:Fin & Crab is looking for an energetic and experienced Front of House Manager to lead our team in the heart of Charleston, SC! This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the guest experience and help drive the success of a dynamic dining operation. Responsibilities:- Oversee all front of house operations to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience
- Hire, train, schedule, and manage FOH staff including servers, hosts, and bartenders
- Monitor dining room flow, table turns, and reservation management
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and conflict resolution with professionalism
- Collaborate with kitchen and back of house team to ensure smooth service execution
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
- Track and report on sales, labor costs, and FOH performance metrics
Requirements:- 2+ years of restaurant management or front of house supervisory experience
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with POS systems and reservation platforms
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service (TIPS/ServSafe preferred)
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
- Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
