Responsibilities:
- Lead Front of House operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels and efficient daily operations
- Coach and develop team members and future leaders
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and hospitality
- Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and recognition
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
- Ensure compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
- Manage Front of House facilities and maintain an organized, welcoming environment
- Support business goals through effective execution and strategic leadership
- Partner with the Front of House Director and senior leadership team to drive results
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
- Leadership experience preferred, especially in hospitality, restaurant, retail, or customer service environments
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, coachable, adaptable, and team-oriented
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Passion for serving others and developing people
