Front of House Manager opportunity!

Magerk's Pub & Grill is seeking a hands-on Front of House Manager to lead their service team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. They're looking for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and is committed to maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily front-of-house operations and oversee service execution
• Supervise and support servers, hosts, bussers, and support staff
• Ensure guests receive friendly, professional, and efficient service
• Address service issues proactively and resolve guest concerns
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings to communicate expectations and goals
• Manage dining room flow, seating, and overall guest experience
• Ensure side work and operational tasks are completed thoroughly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready restaurant
• Collaborate with management and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations
• Effectively manage key stations, including the host stand, dining room floor, and expoQualifications
• Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
• Ability to hold team members accountable while fostering a positive culture
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction
