In 1984, Craig and Lea Culver, along with Craig’s parents George and Ruth, opened the very first Culver's in the family’s beloved hometown of Sauk City, Wisconsin, and began serving ButterBurgers® and Frozen Custard. While folks can vividly recall the first time they bit into a ButterBurger or tasted a scoop of rich, creamy Fresh Frozen Custard, it’s our way of welcoming guests that truly makes Culver’s delicious.

We're currently seeking experienced and friendly restaurant staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable moving quickly to maintain a smooth operation and will also possess the ability to work both solo and as part of a team. We're looking for dynamic individuals with a passion for serving others, who can work quickly in a bustling environment and who are dedicated to providing excellent customer service.

What you’ll do:

• Provide excellent guest service and hospitality with a smile
• Help prepare and/or serve delicious ButterBurgers & Frozen Custard!
• Support great dining and meal experiences for guests

Qualifications:

• A positive attitude towards learning new skills
• Good verbal communication skills
• Dependable, reliable transportation to and from work
• If you are in high school applying for an after-school job you MUST be willing and able to work until 11pm 2 or 3 nights per week

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $12.50 - $13.00 per hour starting
