Job Description:
The FOH Manager acts as the bridge between guests, service staff, and the back-of-house team. They ensure that the dining room, reception area, or event space runs efficiently, safely, and profitably while maintaining high standards of hospitality.
Job Responsibilities:- Responsible for managing a team of all front-of-the-house staff.
- Responsible for administrative functions of the front of the house.
- Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the restaurant.
- Responsible for training the staff.
- Responsible for guests' satisfaction during their visit.
