Front of House / All-Around Team Member

Job Summary

Con Huevos Tacos is looking for a dependable, energetic Front of House / All-Around Team Member to join our team.

We are a fast-paced breakfast and lunch QSR where teamwork, hospitality, and efficiency are essential. This position is primarily Front of House, but we operate as an all-around team. Everyone is expected to stay productive, communicate, and jump in wherever support is needed.

You ll welcome guests, take orders, manage pickup and online orders, package food, keep service areas stocked and organized, and occasionally assist with light food preparation and other restaurant duties.

We re looking for someone who is friendly, reliable, coachable, quick on their feet, and comfortable working with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, efficient customer service
  
• Take and process orders accurately using Toast POS
  
• Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately
  
• Manage walk-up, pickup, and online orders
  
• Package, organize, and hand out completed orders
  
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen during service
  
• Maintain accuracy and quality when fulfilling orders
  
• Restock beverages, cups, salsas, utensils, and service supplies
  
• Maintain clean and organized FOH, pickup, and work areas
  
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures
  
• Assist with light food preparation and order assembly when needed
  
• Complete opening, closing, cleaning, and stocking responsibilities
  
• Support teammates during busy periods and jump in wherever needed

Experience & Qualifications

Previous experience in a quick-service restaurant (QSR), fast-casual restaurant, counter-service restaurant, caf , drive-thru, cashier, or food-service environment is preferred.

Experience with Toast POS is a plus, but not required.

We are willing to train the right person. Reliability, attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn are extremely important to us.

Schedule & Availability

Con Huevos Tacos is open 7:00 AM 2:00 PM.

This position requires morning and daytime availability.

Weekend availability is required. Applicants must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays as scheduled.

Holiday availability is required for applicable holidays when Con Huevos Tacos is open.
