Responsibilities Include: Delivering weekly and monthly sales goals Greet members and guests promptly, enthusiastically, and with a smile, to create a friendly positive entrance into studio Ensure proper on-boarding of all F45 and FS8 members through the use of Client Intake Forms and Agreements Establish and maintain an effective referral program Make calls to warm leads to successfully bring them to the studio Delivering studio tours Proactively presenting membership options with confidence Timely outreach to new leads Lead management & nurturing Initiating and developing local business partnerships Answer all emails, calls, texts or social media inquiries Accurately follow the daily studio cleaning checklist(pre/during/post) shift activities Maintain an organized and clean lobby/front desk area Work closely with our Coaches Attend and participate in pertinent F45 or FS8 training programs Inspiring and promoting an energetic environment Key Attributes of the Front House Sales Associate: Passion for fitness and living a healthy lifestyle Excellent communication skills Excellent customer service skills with a go-getter mentality Previous sales experience, with strong sales skills (experience working in a sales quota bearing structure highly preferred) Ability to build strong relationships with members daily Confident, motivational, and outgoing Self-motivated and goal-oriented Excellent attention to detail Punctual and reliable Comfortable learning new technology Eagerness to participate in fitness classes alongside members Experience & Qualifications: 1-year fitness sales experience (required) What’s In It For You: Highly competitive pay including commission An awesome team of fitness-minded people!
