Front End Paralegal - Personal Injury

Hours
Monday Friday, 8:30 am 5:00 pm
Pay
Pay is based on experience
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to clients involved in injury-related cases
Conduct intake, gather accident facts, insurance info, and injury summaries
Track clients through their treatment phases and communicate regularly with medical providers, insurance companies, and clients
Request and follow up on medical records, bills, imaging, and liens
Send letters of representation and track claim numbers and policy information
Show compassion and relate to clients with varying needs
Maintain case management systems, deadlines, task lists, and organize documents
Minimum Requirements
Experience with personal injury cases in a legal setting
Strong case management skills
Ability to interpret medical records and understand medical coding
Familiarity with insurance claims processes
Excellent phone skills
Strong organizational and tracking abilities
Nice to Have Skills
Medical terminology and billing experience
Paralegal training or certification (not required but a plus)
Preferred Education and Experience
Previous experience as a paralegal in personal injury law
