Front End Lead

We're hiring a front end lead to run the registers and the cashier team, full time or part time.

What you'll do:

• Lead the cashier team each shift: breaks, coverage and jumping on a register when there's a line
• Open and close registers, and count and balance drawers
• Handle returns, voids, price overrides and customer issues
• Help make the schedule, and train and onboard new team members
• Keep the front end, checkout displays and seasonal sets stocked and clean

What we're looking for:

• 1+ year of cashier experience, ideally with some time as a lead, key holder or head cashier
• Comfortable handling cash and balancing drawers
• Calm and friendly with customers when things get busy
• Availability that fits the store's schedule. We're open seven days a week, and Saturdays are a must.
• Comfortable on your feet for a full shift and able to lift up to 50 lbs
