    Front Desk Supervisor

    Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort:
    The Front Desk Supervisor supports the daily operations of the Front Desk and ensures an exceptional guest experience. This position provides leadership and guidance to Front Desk Associates while maintaining Hilton service standards and ensuring the desk operates efficiently.

    Responsibilities:
    • Supervise and support Front Desk Associates during assigned shifts.
    • Maintain a strong presence in the lobby and assist with guest arrivals, departures, and peak periods.
    • Handle guest concerns and service recovery professionally and efficiently.
    • Recognize Hilton Honors members and ensure applicable benefits and preferences are honored.
    • Monitor room assignments, upgrades, VIP arrivals, and special requests.
    • Ensure associates are properly utilizing hotel systems and communication tools.
    • Work closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to resolve guest and room-related concerns.
    • Assist with training and coaching, hold Front Desk Associates accountable for service and performance standards.
    • Support cash handling procedures and other Front Office operational controls.
    • Lead by example through professionalism, teamwork, accountability, and excellent guest service.

    Qualifications:
    • Previous hotel Front Desk experience is required, with supervisory experience preferred. Hilton experience is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong communication, problem-solving, and guest service skills who can perform effectively in a fast-paced environment and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
