Front Desk Representative

The Representative will provide effective and efficient handling of onsite walk ins from or to Security Health plan members, providers, and colleagues ensuring a positive experience for all members in a fun and fast-paced atmosphere. Hands on training on greeting members, finding members in the system, customer service skills.

Our client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a Front Desk Representative for their Marshfield, WI location.
 
Responsibilities:

• The Representative will provide effective and efficient handling of onsite walk ins from or to Security Health plan members, providers, and colleagues ensuring a positive experience for all members in a fun and fast-paced atmosphere. 
• Greeting members, troubleshooting.
• Greeting agent.  
• Answering phone calls.   
• General administration tasks.  

 
Requirements:

• Standard computer processing, outlook, Microsoft word, Microsoft excel      
• Customer service experience required. 1-3 years
• Hands on training on greeting members, finding members in the system,  customer service skills.
