We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic team. This is a temp to hire position.

Duties
  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service and support
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and professionally
  • Schedule appointments, coordinate calendars, and handle calendar management tasks
  • Maintain organized filing systems, data entry, and document proofreading for accuracy
  • Assist with office management duties including supply inventory, mail handling, and general administrative support
  • Utilize computer skills across Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace to prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone or email with professionalism and courtesy
  • Perform clerical tasks such as typing, data entry, filing, and document organization
  • Uphold phone etiquette standards while managing incoming calls efficiently
  • Support personal assistant functions as needed, including scheduling and task coordination

Experience
  • Prior office experience or administrative support roles
  • Demonstrated proficiency with computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and customer service environments
  • Bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs
  • Knowledge of office management procedures, clerical tasks, and organizational skills essential
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
