    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Greeting Members and guests in person or over the phone

    Manage incoming calls efficiently, routing them to the correct departments or individuals

    Provide information and resources when required

    Handling mail and packages

    Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, copying and scanning

    Ensure front desk and lobby areas are clean, organized and welcoming

    Guide Members and guests to dining areas, provide information about menus, and assist with reservations for F&B services and special events.

    Canva support to creating flyers and limited menus.

    Manage Reservations for events (such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, Mother's Day, Independence Day)

    Manage inventory for paper, printer toner, name tags, batteries and water bottles in the fridge.

    Assist other departments with administrative tasks.

    Support member requests and purchases.

    Utilize knowledge of the club's F&B offerings and schedule to provide comprehensive assistance to Members and guests.

    Communicate effectively about Club amenities, enhancing the guest experience by aligning with the club's service standards.

    Manage 'lost and found.'

    Perform other duties as required by the manager on duty.

    High School diploma or equivalent.

    1 to 3 years relevant experience preferably in private clubs or hotels, especially in roles involving Food & Beverage operations, is highly preferred. (Your background in F&B will contribute to a better understanding of guest needs and enhance your ability to support club services effectively.)

    Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for handling various administrative tasks.

    Familiarity with Club Essentials software, JONAS and Canva for managing club operations and creating visually appealing materials.

    REPORTS TO: Assistant General Manager, Member Services

    SUPERVISES: Non-supervisory position

    WORK SCHEDULE: Days - Full Time - 40 hours/week

    PAY: $25/hour
