    Receptionist / Administrative Assistant – Law Firm

    Location: Bethesda, MD
    Assignment Dates: September 28 – October 13
    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
    Lunch: 30 minutes
    Weekends: No weekends
    Parking: Free parking
    Employment Type: Short-Term Contract Assignment

    We are seeking a polished, dependable, and highly professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to support a law firm in Bethesda, MD.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide consistent, high-quality front desk and administrative support in a professional office environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Greet clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and welcoming manner

    • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls

    • Provide front desk coverage and general reception support

    • Assist with filing, scanning, copying, and document organization

    • Handle mail and other general office correspondence

    • Maintain organized records and confidential information

    • Support attorneys and staff with day-to-day administrative needs

    • Assist with scheduling, data entry, and general office tasks as needed

    • Help maintain a professional, organized, and efficient office environment

    Qualifications

    • Previous receptionist, administrative, legal office, or professional services experience preferred

    • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

    • Professional appearance and demeanor

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow instructions

    • Dependable, punctual, and committed to the full assignment

    • Strong work ethic and willingness to assist wherever needed

    Attendance, punctuality, professionalism, and reliability are imperative to the success of this assignment.

    Candidates must be available to work the entire assignment from September 28 through October 13, Monday through Friday only. No weekends are required.
