The Role at a Glance:
As a Front Desk/Patient Experience Specialist with Roseman Medical Group, you'll play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience for every patient—from the first phone call to check-out. Working closely with providers, clinical staff, and patients, you'll coordinate front office operations, schedule appointments, assist with insurance and billing inquiries, and ensure every interaction is welcoming, efficient, and compassionate. What You’ll Do and Why You’ll Love This Role:
· Create a positive first impression by greeting patients in person and over the phone while delivering exceptional customer service.
· Coordinate appointments, patient check-in/check-out, insurance verification, authorizations, and payment processing to keep clinic operations running smoothly.
· Partner with providers and clinical staff to ensure an efficient, patient-centered experience from arrival through follow-up.
· Assist patients with billing questions, medical records requests, and patient portal support while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
· Build meaningful relationships with patients and become an essential member of a collaborative healthcare team dedicated to improving lives every day.
What We're Looking For
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Minimum one (1) year of experience in a medical office or similar healthcare environment.
· Experience with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) and Microsoft Office.
· Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
· Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
· Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) candidates are encouraged to apply.
· HIPAA certification or completion during the onboarding period required.
