Experience is preferred but not required. We offer training on everything that is needed.

• Answering phones
• Checking patients in & out
• Collecting Payments
• Scheduling patients for their next appointment
• Verify patients' insurance benefit.
• Handling all patient correspondence/emails
• Introduce our office to surrounding businesses, community groups, and schools in the City of Huntington Beach and neighboring cities.
• Build and develop relationships in the community
• Other administrative tasks as needed
