    About the Role:
    Join HARLEM FAMILY SERVICES INC as a Front Desk Coordinator and be the welcoming face of our organization! This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our clients and supporting our dedicated team in making a positive impact in the community.


    Responsibilities:
    • Greet and assist clients and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor.
    • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
    • Schedule appointments and maintain the front desk calendar efficiently.
    • Handle client inquiries and provide information about services offered.
    • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
    • Process client intake forms and ensure accurate data entry.
    • Assist in administrative tasks as needed, including filing and document management.
    • Collaborate with team members to enhance client experience and service delivery.
    Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
    • 2-3 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
    • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
    • Must demonstrate a compassionate and professional demeanor.
    • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
