East Town Dental is looking for a friendly, dependable, and proactive
Front Desk Coordinator who takes pride in providing excellent patient service. We want someone who communicates confidently, pays attention to details, and follows through.
What you’ll do:
- Welcome patients and create a positive experience from arrival to checkout.
- Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and turn new patient calls into scheduled appointments.
- Manage the schedule, confirm appointments, and proactively fill openings.
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits before appointments.
- Collect payments and explain estimated patient balances clearly.
- Keep patient records and paperwork accurate and up to date.
- Follow up with patients who need to schedule treatment or overdue visits.
- Work closely with our clinical team to keep everyone informed and the day organized.
Who we’re looking for:
- Previous dental front desk experience strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with dental insurance, scheduling, and practice management software.
- A warm, professional phone manner and strong communication skills.
- Someone who can handle a busy front desk while making each patient feel welcomed.
- A reliable teammate who takes initiative and ownership of their work.
