Pay Rate: $20 - $22/hr, paid weekly
Schedule: Monday Friday | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM | 1-hour lunch
Duration: 3+ months
Provides professional, high-quality service to visitors, callers, and internal staff in a polished corporate office environment. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to represent the client s brand through exceptional customer service.
Answer, screen, and transfer incoming telephone calls.
Greet visitors and provide professional front desk support.
Badge and register visitors using EasyLobby.
Coordinate visitor arrivals and maintain accurate visitor records.
Provide a high level of customer service to guests and employees.
Maintain a professional and organized reception area.
Assist with basic administrative and office support as needed.
Manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum of 2 years of switchboard, receptionist, or front desk experience.
Experience working in a professional corporate or client-facing office environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, including email and calendar management.
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience with EasyLobby or similar visitor management software preferred.
