Location: Cushing OK
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday
Pay: Competitive Pay Based on Experience
As our Front Desk Clerk, you'll play a key role in customer service, answering phones, assisting contractors and homeowners, and supporting our office team.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Greet customers and visitors with a friendly attitude
Assist with orders, invoices, and customer inquiries
Coordinate with yard and sales staff
Maintain records, paperwork, and filing systems
Data entry and general office support
Schedule appointments and assist with daily operations
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic computer and office software skills
Professional and dependable work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in an office, retail, construction, or lumber environment is a plus
