     POSITION OVERVIEW

    The Front Desk Associate serves as the first point of contact for customers and plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional experience. This position supports the overall success of the sales team by managing front desk operations, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal staff.

    By combining exceptional customer satisfaction and contributes to the growth and efficiency of the FASTSIGNS center.

     

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Customer Experience & Front Desk Operation's

    • Greet and assist all walk-in customers promptly, warmly, and professionally
    • Answer and route phone calls, respond to inquiries and provide accurate information on products and services
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

    Sales & Administrative Support

    • Schedule appointments and consultations, ensuring an accurate and organized calendar
    • Process customer orders, payments, and invoices with accuracy and efficiency
    • Assist with preparation of sales materials, presentations, and in-center displays
    • Distribute promotional materials and share company updates with customers as appropriate

    Team & Communication Support

    • Facilitate communication between customers and internal teams to ensure timely responses and project updates
    • Support marketing and sales initiatives by assisting with campaigns, events, and outreach effort
    • Provide general administrative support to the Director of Sales and sales team as needed

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor
    • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
    • Positive, team-oriented mindset with a customer satisfaction
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure
    • Problem-solver with a customer-first mindset
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn CRM/order management software

     EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / OTHER REQUIREMENTS

    • High school diploma or equivalent, required
    • 2+ years of experience in an office, customer service, or sales support role, preferred
    • Additional training or education in administration, customer service, or sales support is a plus
    • Experience working with point-of-sale or CRM software is a plus
