About the Role:Skytouch Holdings of Georgetown LLC is looking for a friendly and motivated Front Desk Associate to join our team in Georgetown, KY! Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate departments
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
- Handle reservations, appointments, and scheduling as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk and lobby area
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records
- Provide general administrative support including data entry and filing
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and office equipment
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Professional, positive, and customer-focused demeanor
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
