Pulse Staffing is hiring a Medical Front Desk Representative for an established dermatology practice in Cypress, Texas.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is professional, comfortable with technology, and interested in building experience in a physician-practice environment. You'll be one of the first people patients interact with, so we're looking for someone who is welcoming, polished, dependable, and focused on providing an excellent patient experience.

What You'll Do

You'll support the practice's check-in and check-out functions, including:

• Welcome patients and provide professional front-desk service
• Check patients in and out for appointments
• Verify and update basic patient information
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Use the practice's electronic medical record (EMR) system
• Collect copays and patient payments
• Process payments using the practice's payment terminal
• Answer and route incoming calls
• Communicate professionally with patients, physicians, and staff
• Help maintain an organized and efficient front-office workflow
• Protect patient privacy and follow HIPAA requirements
