Front Desk Associate

We are specifically hiring for a closer: Tu-F from 5pm-11pm. Please do not apply if this does not fit your schedule.

Gold's Gym Arvada is Colorado's new and premier lifting gym. We have 42,000sf of the best lifting equipment around with saunas, posing rooms, and a recovery room.

The Front Desk Associate will greet and direct members, guests and staff as they enter the gym. This position will provide assistance to members along with inquiries about gym operations and policies, as well as perform various administrative duties.

This detail-oriented individual will possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both staff and members. Basic understanding of accounting principles, cash processing procedures and computer skills required.

• Must be reliable, punctual, consistent, and have the ability to work well on your own.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have great customer service skills.

Job Duties

• Checking in members
• Answering the phone
• Assisting members with account questions
• Gym tours
