    The T.E.A. Center is seeking a friendly, dependable, and organized Front Desk Assistant to help create a welcoming experience for children, families, visitors, and staff.

    The Front Desk Assistant will support daily front-desk operations, communicate with families and staff, and help ensure the center remains organized and welcoming.

    Responsibilities

    • Welcome and assist families, children, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Answer incoming calls and respond to general inquiries.
    • Assist with front-desk communication and daily administrative tasks.
    • Help maintain accurate records and organized front-desk information.
    • Assist families with basic questions and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff member.
    • Support scheduling, messages, and other administrative duties as needed.
    • Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-desk area.
    • Follow center policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
    • Provide general support to the center's administrative team as needed.

    Qualifications

    • Near-native fluency in English, with clear, professional, and confident communication skills.
    • Friendly, professional, and comfortable communicating with families.
    • Reliable, punctual, and organized.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Comfortable using computers and basic office software.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily responsibilities.
    • Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
    • Previous front-desk, customer service, administrative, or childcare-center experience is a plus.
    • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
