Holiday Inn Express Topeka North is seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for our guests. Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and assist guests with reservations, questions, and requests.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records.
- Respond promptly to guest concerns and resolve issues professionally.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Follow hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Assist with daily front desk operations and administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous hotel, customer service, or front desk experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel management software.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
