Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests warmly and professionally
• Maintain a constant presence at the front desk to ensure smooth operations
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Handle billing, post charges, and collect payments accurately
• Create reservations and manage room availability
• Answer phone calls and provide information about the local area
• Coordinate with housekeeping for room status and guest requests
• Maintain security of guest information, keys, and cash drawer
• Ensure cleanliness of front desk and lobby areas

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred experience in customer service or hotel industry
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Computer literacy and strong communication skills
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 30 pounds
• Availability to work weekends
