    The Front Desk Agent is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by creating a welcoming first impression and ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival through departure. This role assists guests with check-in and check-out procedures, reservations, billing, and guest requests while maintaining brand standards and promoting a positive hospitality experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment while creating.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Welcome and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and reservations in a warm, friendly, and efficient manner.
    • Secure payments, verify billing information, and process billing adjustments as needed.
    • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
    • Provide accurate information regarding hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and area recommendations.
    • Deliver exceptional guest service while maintaining high-quality hospitality standards.
    • Anticipate guest needs and implement creative solutions to exceed expectations.
    • Uphold brand standards and company policies while maintaining a welcoming, organized, and professional front desk environment.

    Qualifications

    • Positive, guest-focused attitude with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
    • Experience using hotel management systems is a plus.
