About the Role:JSR Hospitality in Fairfield, CA is looking for a friendly and motivated Front Desk Agent to join our dual-property team! This is an exciting opportunity to be the face of two dynamic hotel properties, delivering exceptional guest experiences from the moment visitors arrive. Responsibilities:- Greet and check in/check out guests across dual hotel properties with professionalism and warmth
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments using property management systems (PMS)
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with prompt, courteous service recovery
- Process payments, post charges, and balance cash drawers accurately at end of shift
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction
- Communicate effectively between both properties to ensure seamless operations and coverage
- Promote hotel amenities, local attractions, and upsell room upgrades when appropriate
Requirements:- Prior front desk, guest services, or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a dual-property or high-volume environment
- Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS) a plus
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
