Front Desk Agent (AM Shift / Part-time)

**Job Summary:**
Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa is seeking a Front Desk Agent for the morning shift on a part-time basis. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the initial point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and ensuring guests have a memorable experience from start to finish.

**Responsibilities:**
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism
- Efficiently manage check-ins and check-outs
- Assist with reservations, phone inquiries, cancellations, and guest requests
- Provide information on resort amenities and local attractions
- Enhance guest experiences throughout their stay
- Maintain accuracy in cash handling and billing processes
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Be adaptable to a flexible schedule to support resort operations

**Qualifications:**
- Preferred experience in customer service or hospitality
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable using computers and handling multiple tasks
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and eagerness to assist in various tasks
- Availability to work from 6:30 am to 2 pm or 8 am to 4 pm, approximately three days a week
- Must be available to work weekends
