LHH is partnering with a reputable organization in High Point searching for a Front Desk Administrative Assistant to join their team! This role will be onsite M-F 8-5, direct hire with benefits paying $16-17/hr.
Responsibilities:
Act as Receptionist for Financial Aid department
Manage email inbox, roughly 100 emails per dayand take incoming calls, roughly 50 per day
Act as point of contact to answer general student inquiries
Process 1098T requests
Represent student accounts department at freshman orientation
Provide administrative support to VP of Student Financial Planning
Qualifications:
Must have prior administrative experience, higher education industry experience preferred
Must have professional and positive demeanor
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
