Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable, motivated
Warehouse / Counter Sales Associate to join our team. This role combines warehouse responsibilities with customer service and sales support at our front counter. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities /Warehouse Duties
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming products and materials.
- Pull, package, and stage orders for customer pickup and delivery.
- Maintain accurate inventory.
- Keep warehouse clean / organized.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.
Counter Sales Duties
- Greet customers and provide exceptional service.
- Assist customers in identifying products and solutions that meet their needs.
- Process sales transactions, quotes, and orders.
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, customer service, sales, or distribution experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
