Requirements

• Automotive knowledge and strong computer skills required

• Social media, multitasking, and communication experience required

• Parts experience preferred

• Friendly, professional, and organized

• Comfortable taking photos and videos and creating social media content

• Able to regularly lift 50 pounds

• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation

• Must pass a background check

About the Role

Maysville Auto Repair is looking for a reliable, organized team member to help with customer service, automotive parts, social media content, and shop cleanliness.

What You'll Do

• Greet and check in customers, answer phones, schedule appointments, and process payments.

• Support the Service Advisor and follow up on declined services.

• Order automotive parts, manage inventory, and communicate with vendors.

• Take daily photos and videos of shop activities, repairs, and team highlights for social media and website content.

• Help create and post engaging content on the shop's social media accounts.

• Clean and organize the office, lobby, kitchen, bathrooms, and parts area.

• Run local errands as needed.

What We're Looking For
