Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Maintain overall theater and stage cleanliness in a safe and efficient mannerSupport and promote a guest first philosophyAssist Team Members and guests in problem solvingPerform light and sound checks daily, troubleshoot, and do minor maintenanceHelp cast, crew, and ushers daily to maintain top quality shows and performancesEnsure all aspects of theater is prepped and in operational order for each performanceOperate the technical equipment for each showBe able or willing to learn how to mix soundKeep up on inventory of theater equipmentMeet and greet guest in a friendly and positive manner at all timesAssist in training new Team Members on operating proceduresComplete reports, maintenance reports, and training records as necessaryEnsure all employees adhere to set schedules, including clocking in/out for shifts and breaksMust adhere to the grooming codeDevelop prompt book/ appropriate paperwork to run show by opening day of showMust assist with show laundry as neededWill be required to complete a ladder and fall safety courseComplete other departmental duties as assigned Skills and Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of ageMust have open availabilityMust be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
