Maintains the following equipment: Ammonia refrigeration system, Freon packaged refrigeration units and building heating and air conditioning equipment, high pressure steam boiler systems, hot water generator, compressed air systems, electrical distribution equipment, building sprinkler systems, and any other supporting equipment as directed by management. Utilizes drawings, technical records and vendor diagrams to complete Preventative Maintenance documents (PMs) related to machine overhauls and repairs.
