GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
Freshrealms Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist helps support the development and implementation of learning solutions and effective learning initiatives that empower our team. This role involves designing, managing, and aligning learning programs with professional growth opportunities to help our employees excel in their roles and achieve their career goals. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to identify training needs, develop effective solutions and analyze data.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct needs assessments through job analysis, career paths and consultations with managers to identify training requirements.
  • Design and implement learning strategies and programs, including e-learning courses, workshops and other training formats.
  • Facilitate live training sessions, webinars, and workshops, employing adult learning methodologies to enhance learner engagement and retention.
  • Iterate and refine our current L&D training programs including;
    • New Hire Onboarding
    • Ongoing skills development by level
    • Company-wide Lunch & Learn sessions and other learning-focused initiatives
  • Design and implement development programs to strengthen the leadership pipeline and meet organizational needs.
  • Oversees program logistics, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and coordinating with HR and county management and site leaders for seamless delivery.
  • Implement assessments, feedback tools, and coaching frameworks to support leaders personal and professional growth.
  • Partner with the head of Learning and Organizational Development in defining and executing leadership development strategies that meet organizational needs.
  • Provides instructional design expertise to the creation of leadership programs
  • Oversee the administration of LMS platforms, ensuring system reliability, data integrity, and user access management.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design, develop, and update course content and training materials.
  • Build and maintain learning plans, career paths / tracks, as business needs dictate.
    Manage the LMS content library, ensuring materials are current, relevant, and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Monitor and report on learner progress, providing insights and recommendations to improve learning outcomes.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, utilizing feedback and analytics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in e-learning and educational technology to incorporate innovative solutions into the LMS strategy.
  • Create and share monthly training completions throughout the organization.
  • Support sites and corporate functions with course access and troubleshooting.
  • Support creation of Action Plans to address training gaps at sites/corporate functions.
