What a typical day looks like
- Start on outbound: Bundle packages prior to loading, confirm labels, and load packaged shipments onto shipping trucks.
- Move with the right tools: Operate hand trucks to position and load individual packages safely and efficiently.
- Switch to inbound: Unload incoming shipments from trucks and transport them to designated warehouse areas.
- Keep the records straight: Log inventory and record changes to scheduled shipments as they happen.
- Care for the space: Handle general warehouse maintenance to keep aisles clear and equipment ready.
