Description for Reach Truck Operator:
- Safely operate stand-up reach trucks to maneuver, high-stack, and retrieve palletized inventory across narrow warehouse aisles.
- Perform material handling, restocking, and order replenishment duties inside the cold-storage freezer (-10°F) section.
- Stage inventory cleanly for outbound shipping crews while maintaining 100% pallet tag and SKU accuracy.
- Maintain high situational awareness near automated equipment and strictly follow core safety and pedestrian traffic guidelines.
- Keep processing areas orderly, clear plastic wrap and pallet debris, and enforce a zero-shortcut safety mindset.
Details for Reach Truck Operator:
- Pay Rate: $21.00 / hour.
- Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Full-Time Day Shift with weekends OFF!).
- Location: Puyallup, WA distribution facility.
- Position Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire career pathway.
Requirements for Reach Truck Operator:
- Equipment Experience: Verifiable prior experience safely operating stand-up reach trucks inside an active warehouse setting.
- Cold Storage Stamina: Comfortable working in cold-storage and deep-freeze environments (-10°F) wearing provided cold-gear PPE.
- Good communication skills, positive attitude, and strong team work ethic.
- Strong safety awareness, stable work history, and reliable personal transportation.
- Exceptional history of daily attendance, prompt punctuality, and accountability.
