Key Responsibilities
- Connect with clients to learn about their travel preferences and vacation goals

- Coordinate hotels, transportation, sightseeing, excursions, and other travel arrangements
- Guide clients through reservation options, pricing, and travel requirements
- Communicate professionally through email, phone, messaging platforms, and virtual meetings
- Collaborate with travel suppliers to secure reservations and confirm travel details
- Review confirmations, itineraries, and travel documentation for accuracy
- Maintain organized client records and booking information
- Stay informed about travel trends, supplier promotions, and destination updates
- Deliver exceptional support from the initial consultation through the completion of each trip
Qualifications
- Interest in travel, hospitality, tourism, customer service, sales, or entrepreneurship
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
