Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a fun, enthusiastic team of 3 to 15 employees
- Provide on-the-job training to new team members
- Ensure freaky fast, accurate sandwich preparation and world-class customer service
- Assist with daily food prep and maintain smooth restaurant operations
- Handle opening and closing procedures with cash drawer integrity
- Maintain a positive and energetic attitude throughout all tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Love for fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Computer proficiency (Word, Excel)
- Ability to multi-task and manage stress during busy periods
- Eligibility to work in the U.S., meet age and experience requirements
- Willingness to work overtime, holidays, weekends
- Physical ability to lift 30-40 lbs and move comfortably in walk-in refrigerators/freezers
