Description

PAY RANGE:
$20.00 to $22.00 / Hour

WORK LOCATION & SCHEDULE:
Locations: Allentown, PA or Overland Park, KS
Work Hours: 8: 00 a.M. To 5: 00 p.M. Pacific Time
Weekend Availability: Weekend work may be required based on business needs.
Hybrid Schedule: Employees must work in the office Client during the first 30 days. After the first 30 days, employees may work remotely up to two days per week.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1-2 years of experience in Fraud Prevention, Risk Operations, Chargebacks, Customer Disputes, or a related field preferred.
Bilingual in English and Spanish or Mandarin preferred.
Basic understanding of fraud risks and fraud detection techniques.
Strong computer proficiency with the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
Experience using Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
Experience with Google Docs and other collaboration tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Professional demeanor with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Employees are expected to:
Maintain regular, reliable, and dependable attendance.
Adhere to assigned work schedules, including start times, break periods, and lunch schedules.
Meet scheduled work hours and hybrid/on-site attendance requirements.
Notify leadership promptly regarding absences, tardiness, or schedule changes.
Follow established time-off requests and attendance procedures.
Ensure work coverage and continuity during planned absences.
