    Job Summary
     
    We are seeking a Fraud Specialist / Fraud Operations Specialist I to review suspicious customer accounts, transactions, and eCommerce orders. The ideal candidate will investigate potential fraud, identify trends and risks, document case findings, and support fraud prevention initiatives.
     
    Work Location & Schedule
     
    • Location: Overland Park, KS or Allentown, PA
    • Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time
    • Initial Training: On-site for the first 30 days
    • Hybrid: After 30 days, remote work may be available up to 2 days per week
    • Weekend: Weekend work may be required based on business needs
     
    Key Responsibilities
     
    • Review suspicious customer accounts, transactions, and eCommerce orders.
    • Investigate suspected fraud cases and meet established SLAs.
    • Identify fraud trends, risks, and potential vulnerabilities and escalate findings.
    • Monitor fraud activity and recommend improvements to fraud detection processes.
    • Support testing and enhancement of fraud prevention tools and workflows.
    • Collaborate with internal and external business partners.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of investigations, alerts, decisions, and customer interactions.
    • Handle inbound/outbound calls and voicemail follow-up as needed.
    • Participate in team meetings, training, coaching, and process improvement initiatives.
    • Protect confidential customer and company information.
    • Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
     
    Key Performance Expectations
     
    • Work 20+ cases per day on average.
    • Handle 20+ calls per day on average.
    • Maintain required quality, accuracy, and productivity standards.
    • Meet established SLA requirements.
    • Maintain complete and accurate case documentation.
     
    Qualifications
     
    • 1–2 years of experience in Fraud Prevention, Risk Operations, Chargebacks, Customer Disputes, or a related field preferred.
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish or Mandarin preferred.
    • Basic understanding of fraud risks and fraud detection techniques.
    • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
    • Experience with Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Word.
    • Experience with Google Docs and collaboration tools.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent organization and attention to detail.
    • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
    • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
